Jamie Hudson is an Analyst for Epic Real Estate Partners. In his role, Mr. Hudson provides a variety of support to both the acquisitions and asset management teams, including ARGUS underwriting, acquisitions due diligence and property budgeting. Prior to joining Epic Real Estate Partners, Mr. Hudson was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in their advisory group. In that role, he worked on valuation projects for Fortune 500 clients and consulted on several high-profile bankruptcy cases. Mr. Hudson has underwriting/valuation experience in retail, office, industrial and multifamily assets.

Mr. Hudson is a 2019 graduate of Texas Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.
