Shemeca Perkins is a Property Manager with Epic Property Management Services, bringing nine years of commercial property management experience in retail, mixed use and office properties to the team. Prior to joining Epic, she served as an Assistant Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company and oversaw the daily operations of Class A high-rise and mixed use properties totaling more than 600,000 square feet.

Prior to her time at Lincoln Property Company, Ms. Perkins worked for Cushman and Wakefield as a Property Administrator, serving as an integral part of a team that managed more than two million square feet of office property. In her role, she focused on tenant relations, accounting, rent collections, work orders, insurance compliance and event planning.

Ms. Perkins attended AACC College in Maryland where she focused her studies on Early Childhood Education. She is a member of BOMA Greater Dallas and is pursuing her RPA designation.
