NEW ORLEANS — Five Below and Ross Dress for Less have opened at the Northlake Shopping Center in Mandeville. The national retailers join Fresh Market, Total Wine, Office Depot and PetSmart on site.

Northlake Shopping Center is a 166,371-square-foot retail development at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 22 and U.S. Route 190. Epic Real Estate Partners, which purchased the shopping center in 2017, has recently completed renovations to the property’s parking lot and façade.

“These improvements bring new energy and attention to the center and resulted in increased demand from retailers looking to serve the Northshore market,” said Daniel Holland, president and CEO of Epic, in a press release.
