Kauai Village is a 111,021 square foot grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center located on Kuhio Highway at Hoi Road, in Kapa’a, Hawaii. Built in 1989, the center is 82% occupied and anchored by a high-performing Safeway and Ross Dress for Less, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2018. Additionally, the center sports a complementary mix of national and regional retailers well suited to both tourists and fulltime residents.

The center serves Kapa’a, the largest city on Kauai, with more than 20,000 fulltime residents having nearly $90,000 in average household incomes within the five-mile trade area. Additionally, the center is strategically located on Kuhio Highway (20,000 vpd), the island’s only major highway, between Kauai’s airport in Lihue to the south and the luxury resort and condominium communities along the oceanfront to Princeville to the north. In 2016, more than 1.18 million visitors traveled to the island of Kauai and visitor expenditures topped $1.6 billion.
